Kikin Not Allowed to Practice with Tigres
By: mirna | October 16th, 2007
I am finally back after a few days of inactivity. I haven’t been feeling well lately but I am slowly getting back to normal. I have tons of news to share with you. So between today and tomorrow, I’ll bring you up to date.
Well, the soap opera at Tigres continues. After all the talk about Gallego leaving the team, now it is Kikin who is in trouble. Apparently, Kikin got to practice seven minutes late and he was kicked out of practice. The team explained that the players are required to be there fifteen minutes before the start of practice and they wouldn’t allow situations like Kikin’s. It sounds to me more like a way to deflect the constant criticism about the coach. Also, it is easy to do this with Kikin when he is going through a really rough patch, with one goal all season.
Personally, I hope Kikin leaves Tigres soon. Go back to Pumas and fast. Kikin is fast fading away…the one player that everyone thought would be the next sensation. His only hope is to run away from Nuevo Leon.

Why on earth did he ever leave Benfica, it was never cleared up.
Tigres did a fake clean-up 2 seasons ago, where they claimed every trouble maker was let go. Which is not true, people like Gaitan and Lozano think they run the team. Tigres needs to get serious and crack down instead of fining all of the players!

Welcome back! I just saw some pics of the nats arriving at LAX and a few shots at practice. Man, I’d so be the tomato in an El Tri sandwich right now. Good luck against Guatemala!

Fonseca is horribly overrated and a waste of money for any team who dares unload big money for his services.
Benfica let him go away because the team realized he isn’t very good to begin with and got an unexpected bargain from Tigres.
He may be a hustling player and have the biggest heart out there, but his skills aren’t there. He is, simply put, not good at playing soccer. I nearly had a heart attack when i heard my beloved Chivas were pursuing him.
