Oswaldo’s Injury
By: mirna | September 7th, 2007
This past weekend, during the Santos vs. Atlante, goalkeeper Oswaldo Sanchez suffered a pretty bad fall and re-injured his shoulder. Oswaldo went through the same last year and was away for a few months. This time around, he again had to have surgery and will be out for the rest of the Apertura tournament. His recovery will take about 3 to 4 months. According to the Santos’ medical staff, his injury was a bit more serious than expected and thus the reason for the long recovery period.
Our best wishes to Oswaldo for a full recovery so we can see him in action soon.
